If you placed an order and are waiting for the order to arrive, please note that the standard delivery time is 3-10 business days. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional day, and certain degrees and titles will take an additional week to arrive.
If your order is marked "delivered" but you haven't received it, here are some tips:
- Look around to see if the driver decided to hide the package.
- Check if someone else may have accepted the delivery.
- Verify that you entered the right shipping address.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look for a slip notifying you of an attempted delivery.
- Check inside your mailbox, or wherever you receive mail.
- If are certain the package is lost, please contact us so we can investigate the matter and find a solution.
If you want to change your order, please note that we cannot add any items to an existing order. If your order has not yet shipped, we recommend cancelling the order and then re-ordering with the new item(s) included. If your order has already left our facility, you will have to place a brand-new order to get those additional item(s).
